Andy Budiman was born in Jakarta on February 28, 1980. He pursued his education in the United States, earning a Bachelor's degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
With a career spanning several years at KG, Andy has demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise in various roles within the organization. He commenced his journey at KG on January 15, 2003, as a Research and Development Staff in the Print Research Department. Over the years, he steadily advanced in his career, taking on roles such as Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Staff, Deputy Production Manager, Acting Head of the Printing Department, Deputy General Manager of Production, and Deputy Group Director of Business within the Group of Printing.
In November 2015, he transitioned to the Digital Group, initially serving as the Vice Director and subsequently taking on the role of Director. Since August 1, 2018, Andy has held the esteemed position of CEO at KG Media, where he continues to lead the organization with vision and innovation.

Rikard Bagun, born in Flores on April 3, 1956, is a seasoned professional in the field of media. He pursued his formal education at ST Filsafat Driyakarya in Jakarta, where he earned his D3 degree.
Rikard's career at KG Media reflects his deep expertise and dedication to the industry. He joined the KG family on May 1, 2016, as the KG Advertising Director within Kompas Media Nusantara. In this role, he demonstrated his prowess in the advertising domain and made significant contributions to the organization.
Since August 1, 2018, Rikard Bagun has held the prestigious position of Vice CEO of Media at KG Media. As a senior journalist at Kompas, he continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the media landscape. Rikard's extensive experience and leadership qualities make him a valuable asset to the KG Media team, contributing to the company's continued success and growth.
Paulus Tri Agung Kristanto, born in Yogyakarta on March 1, 1969, is a distinguished journalist and media professional with a strong educational foundation. Paulus embarked on his academic journey at Universitas Gajah Mada in Yogyakarta, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Social and Political Sciences.
His remarkable career within KG Media, particularly with Kompas, began on April 15, 1993, when he joined as a permanent correspondent. Over the years, his dedication and journalistic talents led him to various roles within the organization. He served as a journalist, Deputy Chief of Bureau, Desk Editor, and Deputy Managing Editor I.
On November 19, 2018, Paulus Tri Agung Kristanto held the esteemed position of Deputy Editor in Chief of Kompas and Deputy Publisher of Harian Kompas. In this role, he plays a vital role in shaping the editorial direction and content of one of Indonesia's most respected newspapers.
Paulus's extensive experience, combined with his solid educational background, make him a valuable asset to KG Media. His contributions continue to uphold the high standards of journalistic excellence for which Kompas is renowned.
